Road is only wide enough for one vehicle and frequented by deer, so use caution. The usual driving time from Portland is approximately 2 hours & 30 minutes.
Easy to find using GPS. Address is 5143 E Pickering Road, Shelton, Washington.

Jay Strongwater Jeweled Handle Wood Jewelry Box
This elegant box is a wonderful example of a Jay Strongwater design. The box is formed of exotic waved-grain hardwood and has been shaped in melon-like segments on all four sides, matching the same configurations on the lid.
The crowning feature is the jeweled gilt metal handle. The handle is studded with stones that resemble garnets, aquamarines, a large citrine, and an amethyst atop the handle. Other segments of the handle are enameled in dark purple and dark chartreuse colors.
An inside surprise is the dark purple swirled-effect enameled panels on the underside of the lid and the bottom of the box interior. The underside of the lid bears the copyrighted JAY STRONGWATER gold oval label .
This is a treasure worthy of heirloom status!
